Les trois niveaux actuels sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9glementer l\u2019encadrement b\u00e9n\u00e9vole du pentathlon moderne. Pour rappel ces formations ne permettent pas d’\u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Livret de formation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Un livret de suivi de formation est remis au stagiaire en d\u00e9but de cycle de formation. Il est personnel<\/strong> et il est renseign\u00e9 par le stagiaire et l\u2019\u00e9quipe des formateurs qui valide la pr\u00e9sence du stagiaire aux regroupements et aux stages.
Il est mis \u00e0 la disposition du tuteur qui le remplira p\u00e9riodiquement.
Il est remis au Pr\u00e9sident et au tuteur lors de l\u2019\u00e9valuation du candidat dans son intervention en club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il cr\u00e9e du lien entre le candidat, la structure d\u2019accueil et l\u2019organisme de formation. Il constitue le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 du parcours de la formation initiale du candidat.
Il permet de donner une vision du profil du candidat aux formateurs successifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les buts du livret de formation sont :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Pr\u00e9ciser le contenu des modules de formation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00c9changer les observations entre la structure et l\u2019organisme de formation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Valider la participation et l\u2019implication du candidat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00c9valuer et certifier les diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
